About FundiJumla

FundiJumla exists for one reason: to help people who make and sell handmade work stop guessing at their prices. Underpricing can quietly erode a small maker's profit when labour, waste, fees and overhead are left out of the price.

Every calculator here runs on the same principle: you enter your real costs and a target margin, and FundiJumla does the arithmetic to find a price that covers them. The math is deterministic and transparent — there is no AI estimating your prices, no hidden marketplace fee assumptions, and no live data fetched from anywhere.

All core calculators are free, and you do not need an account to use them. Your numbers stay in your browser. A Pro tier with saved scenarios and a price sheet is planned for the future; it is not available to purchase yet.

What's in the name?

Fundi is Kiswahili for a skilled maker or craftsperson. Jumlameans the sum or total. FundiJumla is the whole sum behind what you make.

A sustainable price is more than the cost of materials. It includes the maker's time, packaging, overhead, failed output, selling costs and the profit that keeps the work sustainable. Materials are only the first number.

What FundiJumla is not
